Ofsted Report & Data
During our most recent Ofsted inspection in June 2025, inspectors recognised the strength of our school community, describing pupils as “happy, confident and proud to be part of a close-knit, caring community.” They noted that pupils “feel safe and well supported by adults who know them well.”
Parents described the school as “transformational” for their children, with particular praise for the “fantastic support” provided for pupils with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND).
Ofsted also highlighted our high expectations for achievement, evident in the improvements in reading and the rich depth of knowledge pupils develop across the curriculum. Inspectors were especially impressed by the way children are encouraged to develop a curiosity for learning from the very start of Reception.
Remember that OFSTED are always keen to hear up to date views of the school. You can do this via Parent View. This is an online survey on the OFSTED website. You can find out more details by following the link http://parentview.ofsted.gov.uk or click on the logo.
RESULTS
We value every child, their individuality and their learning.
We are always incredibly proud of the effort children make each and every day. We have a significant number of children who arrive from different education systems and throughout the year. We feel, therefore that it is incredibly important to ensure that the children are settled and able to adjust to their new place of learning. We strive to ensure that they aim not only to meet and, where possible, exceed the national age related expectations but, more importantly they make accelerated progress in relation to their own starting points. We endeavour to ensure that we balance the demands of the curriculum with the joy of being a child.
